Since I probably wont be able to animate EVERY idea I want to for Neurotically Yours, I'll try some comics. They're "easier" & I can get more stories out there quicker. Would like to animate everything, but I'm just one person doing all this, so it's probably going to be impossible. But at least I'll have some stories down in case Netflix calls. (They won't call) :(

This is just my experience trying to get animation jobs, but I'm pretty sure companies like Netflix expect aspiring artists and writers to animate EVERY idea that pops in their head all by themselves with Toy Story 3-levels of polish, at a bare minimum, before they decide to hire you for a 7-year, 150-hours-a-week unpaid internship.
I'm personally more passionate about animation than comics or writing, so I'll still try to animate all of my own ideas until it lands me a paid animation job, but if you just want to easily put your ideas out there, comics seem like the way to go for lone-wolf artists on the Internet. It uses less bandwidth too and doesn't really require your audience to have a long attention span or extra free time on their hands like animated videos do, either.
If I may be frank, this "work-in-progress" comic is already much more expressive than most Neurotically Yours animations. Yeah, comics are definitely less stress to pull off than animation.
