Why not just upload the video version over the existing flash file? Unlike youtube you can change an existing file, which keeps the existing comments & ratings.
Well as I'm not much of a fan to your series, I'm glad that you're taking a step back, and rethinking about this. Sorry that your content is purged on YouTube, sometimes this website is so weird and it's two-boards faced to the center (like two-face for an example), the way things are over there, are slowly getting ridiculous. Also congrats on creating this series for 19 years!

Good to hear you're slowing down a bit with these, personally I feel like one a day would've been a good compromise, but understandable that competing artists might be a bit more annoyed. Sucks about YT deleting all that stuff too. I still wish the old submissions never did disappear here in the first place, they would've aged well, and video version alternatives could've been uploaded for the same submissions later on, no drama, but it is what it is. I'm happy they're at least making their way back here again, and so awesome that you're bringing in a bit of that YT audience at the same time.

@Kutaykomiks @illwillpress Thanks for the detailed response, I understand your situation better now. In your case I think your plan of reuploading one episode every other day sounds good. I'm sorry for being mean towards you in my cartoon, even if it was for comedic effect, and on Newgrounds. I thought you knew about the situation and were ignoring it. I'm glad to see that wasn't the case. ✌
It's all good :) I'll probably drop it down a bit further to Mon, Wed, Fri, and that's it. I think even every other day will get annoying after a year. I've spoke with fans and they're pretty understanding of the situation as well. So it'll probably all work out for the best :)
Thanks for elaborating on those earlier deletions too, it finally makes sense now, though just gotta say that 26K adjusted per year... that's really not nothing! Inspiring that you can still be making that kind of money on animation these days, even when ad-revenue and all is just going straight downhill. Guess Patreon's the new path hmm...
And all the more respect on doing this for passion more than monetary purposes.

never noticed that people were mad at you reposting the old videos but this is kind of a idea, just an idea, what if you were to tell tom fulp to not put your videos in the front page so that many submissions may have the chance to be featured in it. i don't know if that fixes the problem but it might be worth your time or something
